MEDIA ADVISORY
Media Day at Toronto City Centre Airport
PLEASE NOTE: - The following information is intended for the use of
MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES covering the Canadian International Air Show ONLY.
YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN WITHOUT IDENTIFICATION of such.
Interested media MUST pre-register,
as the planes will be parked on TCCA’s active grounds requiring all
media to be registered and escorted onto the property. If you want to
come out, use the contact information below.

MEDIA DAY Friday, August
30, 2002 At City Centre Airport
What: The Canadian International Air Show will be holding a Media
Day City Centre Airport offering media the opportunity to interview
performing pilots and crews.
In attendance will be:

Sean D. Tucker, aerobatics
pilot who pulls more G’s during his performance than a jet fighter pilot
- 10+ and –7.5 G’s

Oscar Boesch, sailplane
performer and Toronto resident who turns 78 this year

Beauty and the Beast
Wingwalking Team

Matt Chapman, in his Murdy

Showcopters, a helicopter
act that dazzles crowds and leaves them wanting more
Where: Shell Hangar,
Toronto City Centre Airport
When: Friday August 30, 2002 Approximately 7am to 11am (times to
be confirmed closer to event)
Please note, only civilian aircraft are stationed at City Centre
Airport. Modern Military aircraft will not be in attendance as they are
located at Pearson International Airport.
